My blog la...

This is where my word speaks...

Wednesday, 16/08/2006. It was a fresh Wednesday morning. I was woke up by my mom at 9.00am and my parents left at around 9.15am
after woke me and sis up. I took my bath and get everything ready for the day because it was a one-day-break because my lecturer
cancelled today's class. But, suddenly the house phone rang and I answered the phone. It was my mom, she told me that our shop was
ransacked and opened by unknown thief. I quickly drove my sis after she took her bath and rushed to my parent's shop.
I arrived there at 10.10am, the atmosphere was tense. I take a look around and saw many documents, drawers, office equipment, files and even
the safety vault also have been ransacked just like blasted from the inside. The thief stoled some cooper wire, electrical stuffs,
and many things can't be stated here. My dad told me to phone the police to report the incident. So i reported the police
force at around 10.15am. With the chaotic document and files around, it was hardly to step on the floor as those things are evident of crime.
After 40 minutes later, two police officers came to look what is going on in the office. After taking the report and look around.
The police officers went off with the Proton Waja. Before they went off, they told us not to disturb or touch anything in the office
as they are going to imploy crime scene investigator just like CSI in the tv programme. So we didn't touch nor disturb anything in the office.
After waited for 2 hours later, finally came the crime scene investigator. There was 3 officers came in our office to check for any sign or trace
of the suspects. One of them took out a camera and started to snap around the office. My dad told him that the thief broked in from the front entrance
and buzz off at the back entrance, guess what the officer say.. "Saya cuma mau tau apa yang mereka ambil". It was kind of arrogant and iconic sign that
he give to my dad. Ok fine, As he goes in the office to search for the thumbprints at the safety vault. He took out those brush and powder equipment
and started to brushing around the safety wault to look for the thief's thumbprints.
He looks like not putting much efforts to look for the thumbprints. After he done, he told us that he can't find anything. Infact he can search
more thumbprints at the glass of the door, table, drawers or anything that is in the office. My dad ask him whether he could find the culprit
behind this act, he just simply say "Ini biasa saja, tak boleh buat apa-apa pun". If my dad give him an "Ang Pau" see what he going to say
or do next. This is what Malaysian police forces do everyday, thats why our country will not move forward like Singapore.
After the police officers buzz off from the scene, we cleaned the place and search for the stolen documents.
The lost was not recovered and we can't do anything right now, just hope our life would be normal as tomorrow comes.
It was a fine Wednesday acctually.
